The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Jackson. - Valle Vista Mall is located just 1 mile away from the hotel.

I loved having central heating and a personal safe in the room, plus a flat-screen TV.

The employees are amicable and accommodating.

I appreciated how accommodating they were in providing supplies and the overall facilities were fantastic. The location was also very convenient for me.

This place boasts a great location right in the heart of Jackson, just a 5-minute drive from Valle Vista Mall.

The cleanliness of the facilities and the snack area in the lobby were impressive. the staff was helpful in trying to locate my lost wallet, and the manager even went the extra mile to review security camera footage. the location was very convenient.

My experience was marred by some negative aspects. I got charged twice despite showing the staff my receipt from the first payment and it's been over a month without a refund.

The hotel had excellent housekeeping services that maintained the cleanliness of the room throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating and provided us with all the necessary supplies that we needed. The hotel is situated in a prime location which made it very convenient for us to access key attractions nearby. The snack area in the lobby was a nice touch and we appreciated it a lot.

The breakfast did not come for free and we were caught unaware. A staff member informed us about this, but they were quite overprotective about the coffee area.
